Ali Salman Siddique
Ali Salman Siddique is a distinguished leader in International Development, Project Management, and Public Sector Reform, currently serving as the Managing Partner of Transnational Recruiting Group—an esteemed Overseas Manpower Export Firm connecting Pakistan’s Skilled Workforce to Global Markets.
With over two decades of Strategic Leadership experience, Ali brings a rare blend of Legal Acumen, Policy Innovation, and Institutional Reform expertise to the forefront of Workforce Development. His academic credentials include degrees from the University of Sussex, BPP Law School, and an LL.M. from the University of Warwick, focusing on Law, Economics and Development Studies. This foundation supports his nuanced approach to Global talent mobility, governance, and economic growth.
As Former Chairperson of Punjab TEVTA—the Largest Skill Training Provider in Pakistan—Ali led the Transformation of Technical and Vocational Education across the Province through the groundbreaking TEVTA Vision 2023. This pioneering Reform restructured the entire Skills Ecosystem to align with International Market Demands, foster Public-Private Partnerships and prepare Pakistan’s Youth for Global Employment Opportunities. Under his Leadership, over 400 Institutions were revitalized with market-driven Curricula, International Certifications, and Entrepreneurship support—impacting millions of students across Punjab.
Ali’s prior role as a Member of the Provincial Assembly and his deep involvement in Institutional Reform make him an authoritative voice in Workforce Strategy, Diaspora Engagement, and Global Partnerships. At Transnational Recruiting Group, he continues to advance Pakistan’s presence in the Global Labor market by championing Ethical Recruitment, Compliance Excellence, and Innovative Human Capital solutions that serve both sending and destination countries.
Syed Maratib Ali
Syed Maratib Ali brings over two decades of extensive leadership experience across diverse industries, including power, real estate, education, investment, and international trade. As Partner at Transnational Recruiting, he plays a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global footprint, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving cross-border workforce solutions, particularly across United States, Europe, the Middle East and the UK.
Mr. Ali has held several high-impact directorships within Pakistan’s public and private sectors, including key roles in national energy infrastructure and investment bodies. Notably, he served as Chairman of the Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT), Director of The Bank of Punjab, and board member of major energy initiatives like Quaid-e-Azam Thermal Power Ltd, QA Solar, and Lahore Electricity Supply Company (LESCO). He is currently a Director at Packages Power (Pvt.) Ltd and Packages Real Estate (Pvt.) Ltd, where he continues to influence Pakistan’s industrial and infrastructure development. In addition to his leadership in Pakistan, Mr. Ali has an active corporate presence in the United Kingdom. He is currently serving as Director of Virtual Mind Solutions Limited and London Advantage Limited, and has held past directorships with Northern Ireland Children’s Practice Ltd and Little London Preschool.
